I'm really into music. The first time I heard Aphex Twin's Flim song I listened to it for 2 or 3 hours straight then fell asleep to it. I was happy to wake up to that song. I'm also really into movies. Recently I've enjoyed going to the Vancouver Film Festival and volunteering at the MassBay Film Festival. I love photography. I love my friends. I love food. I am slowly turning into a food snob and I wish everyone would become snobby about their food. There is so much crap being pushed in Shaws and other sub par markets that I'm driven to always try new ways of eating and drinking. Here are some of my favorite recipies: > Butter fried Sage and Apples with beef > Salmon cake on butter mint sauce surrounded by wine > Sweet potato empañada > Soco + seltzer + mango juice/cran-orange juice > Grenadine + lemon juice + selzter > Apple pie (with no cinnamon) I'm currently working on a decent gelato recipie. Without my wife I would be a bum.
